As the Program Manager for AidData's Listening to Leaders team, I lead survey research on the development priorities and preferences of leaders in 142 countries. I oversee a team of about 20 research assistants who help me maintain and update our database of leaders, and monitor and adapt to the changing institutional contexts in the surveyed countries.I have a BA in International Relations and German Studies from William & Mary, where I developed my skills in problem-solving, organization, and communication. My areas of focus include survey design, global health, public diplomacy, civil society development, and economics. I am passionate about using data to inform and improve decision-making, and believe in amplifying the voices of leaders from diverse backgrounds and sectors.
