I was the lead for a cross-functional UX design team supporting multiple app development teams. I gathered requirements, conducted UX interviews, created personas, wireframes and prototypes for a suite of online learning courses (with a focus on 508 compliance.) I applied and leveraged a thorough understanding of company standards (including digital experience, brand, intellectual property, copyright and trademark) to ensure compliance of all digital UX/UI designs and deliverables.• Led brainstorming and collaboration sessions related to planning, designing, and building complex web applications and responsive mobile experiences.• Participated in user research studies including observational analysis, heuristic evaluations, and integrated subject matter expert findings.• Reviewed and drafted requirements, in collaboration with stakeholders to form application documentation, for committee release approval.• Worked through the full UX and Business Case Lifecycle (BCL) from discovery of our customers and business opportunities through product launch and iteration.• Created complex, high fidelity, application wireframes integrating proposed system values, and data flow/input for visualization within the product development areas.• In addition to the above, I also: • Created UX and UI designs and prototypes for various types of applications, e-commerce websites, online learning platforms.       • Created interactive and functioning prototypes in Axure for a power-user management application     • I’ve worked extensively with developers and QA during and after development     • I’ve conducted follow-up research and AB testing to continuously improve and iterate the application, particularly for e-commerce sites (reducing cart abandonment)

I developed and facilitated the Nature Programs and Activities of Camp Erdman on the North Shore in O'ahu. I cultivated, created and maintained the Nature curriculum for the camp.

I designed digital and print-based marketing media. I oversaw the website redesign whichallowed customers to browse and purchase cars online. I rolled out the marketing and brandingfor new dealerships. I managed social media and community engagement, including city council’s small businessevents.

Redmoon was a large art production company in Chicago, IL. I worked with a team of artist and designers assisting a Warner Bros production. I also designed digital and print media for the company within their established brand guidelines.

I helped build and brainstorm for ad campaigns for Recsports sports events and programs. With my focus in Photography, I planned and carried out photoshoots for our magazine publications, website, poster and more. My photographs have been viewed by thousands of students and my photographs in our seasonal magazine have won numerous awards.

I worked on the the Marketing Team at Recsports: A Division of Student Athletic Affairs as their photographer. I also did videos for the facilities in conjunction with the videographer as well. I did everything from documentary style films to sports proceedings.
