Some Major Accomplishments:As a trainer and curriculum developer, designed, developed and implemented a customized workshop titled Exceptional Customer Service for Texas Children's Hospital (TCH). Trained 12 TCH instructors and trained and directed my own staff of 12 contract instructors to provide this training for 2600 TCH employees, including the Board of Directors. Goal was to raise customer satisfaction rating from 85% to 95% after training. According to TCH staff we accomplished that goal and maintained for 5 years post training.As a consultant, I designed and developed 4 training manuals for a fortune 100 company. An outside sales training manual, an inside sales training manual, a 5-part customer service training manual and a repair and maintenance technical training manual. All manuals were comleted on-time, within scope and within budget.

Chaired the volunteer committee that convened a Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 3-day weekend camp for up to 100 youths in 10th & 11th grade to learn leadership, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution and team building skills. Recruited local business people to provide coaching and training.

Directed a staff of 60 instructors. Duties included training, performance evaluation, hiring, retention and scheduling of classes and instructional staff. Also, certified to teach 8 Dale Carnegie Courses including: Sales, Customer Relations, Executive Image, professional Development, Leadership, Executive Presentations, Human Relations & Public Speaking.Some Main Achievements:Managed Programs and Instructional Staff at 3 locations (Washngton, DC, Silver Spring Maryland and Vienna Virginia). Conducted stand up presentations for 33 firms and 2,500+ attendees. Developed annual training plans and class schedules for several large corporate training departments.Achieved 90-day post training goals for staff retention, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and productivity for the largest mid-Atlantic film processing company.
