  As the Suffolk County East End Ombudsman Coordinator, I am a vital link between residents of long-term care facilities and the government resources able to investigate and resolve their problems. I am committed to advocating for these citizens and ensuring that their rights, unmet needs, and complaints are handled and resolved effectively. In this way, I help protect and improve the quality of life for the frailest of New York's population. I like to think of myself as an observer, listener, facilitator, mediator, troubleshooter, and educator.
