1.As project leader, NPI from Pre-kickoff to RTP（release to mass production）,monitor wafer running, ENG lot running, qualification milestones(such as HTOL168h/500h/1000h, Bhast96h, HTSL168h/500h/1000h, TC168cycles/500cycles/1000cycles, ESD&LU, Char.，etc...), and arrange high volumn risk lot. 2.Responsible for CP/FT test releated issue for NPI & MP products.3.Perform anaylsis（address problem and dig for root cause） and release abnormal CP/FT lots. 4.Management of Test program update and test data upload process.5.Management of OSAT abnormal report and weekly/monthly test summary report. 6.CPK，SYL, SBL, PAT control for OSAT.

Management of cosmetic team dedicated for apple iwatch. 1.Co-work with cross-functional team (VQA,FE,BE,OQC...)to collect and follow up the RC/CA of each cosmetic failure. 2.Present daily report at open/close meeting. 3.Perform DOE to get improvement for TOP5 failure. 4.Responsible for department staff scheduling and leave. 5.Responsible for the performance evaluation of the subordinate personnel.Right now,transfer to automation Section as PM, take care of Robot NPI,established 3 virtual lines for auto RF testing.

1.Handle CP and FT abnormal lots(low yield,qc fail...).2.Management of consign equipment(V93K,J750...).3.Project management including new product correlation,site transfer control,cost down for the products released to mass prodiuction.4.Online troubleshooting for testing.5.Keep monitor of CM's KPI and make score for CMs according to their performance.6.Support EQC of CM yearly audit.7.Support supply-chain by pushing urgent shipment.
