Driven by a commitment to gender equality on a global scale, my work focuses on enhancing the capacity of women and mobilizing the will of multilateral and bilateral stakeholders to build and sustain equitable structures and accessible processes. With 5 years of experience in international development, locally driven research, and gender focused programming, I have planned and managed multi million dollar projects in a range of environments, including developing countries and fragile contexts. I have partnered with foundations, the private sector, UN agencies, governments, global networks and local stakeholders to develop gender inclusive and responsive funding and investing processes. Working in conflict contexts enables me to thrive in deadline-driven, ambiguous, and fast-paced spaces grounded in agile management skills and approaches to make certain we achieve program goals and solutions to advance the rights, leadership, and full participation of women and girls.
