I managed and developed a team of 15 people, set and accomplish goals in customer service and revenue, ensured customer satisfaction scores were above corporate average, and met and exceeded sales goals. After driving revenue, I developed costs plans and implemented them to maximize our operating profit. Marketing to the local area was another key part of my role. I would consistently phone market and conduct face to face sales calls with current accounts and future prospects.

As an Assistant Manager, I was given the opportunity to help hire, train, and develop a team of 8-15 employees under the direction of my Branch Manager. During this time, I was responsible for teaching all aspects of the business to our newest team members, generating revenue, controlling costs/expenses, and marketing through many different avenues.

I began my career with Enterprise as a Management Trainee where I learned all aspects of the business. Everything from developing great customer service skills to marketing was part of my daily tasks. In this role, I was able to sharpen my leadership skills which eventually awarded me a chance to get promoted to Assistant Branch Rental Manager in less than a year.
