Study how the brain plasticity of mice is regulated by MECP2 gene manipulation. ImageJ quantification skills were used to calculate the perineuronal nets shown after immunostaining was completed. Further collection of data and observation of microscopy images were done to see the connection between MECP2 dysfunction, impaired plasticity and stereotypical behaviors shown in Rhett Syndrome.
