Administrative Assistant: Receive incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, including certified mail, examined checks for identification and endorsement, receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts, document and scan all incoming letters, assist staff with administrative duties as requested, maintain confidentiality of bank records and customer information , maintain accurate daily accounting of fees, and other revenue.Debt Collector: Manage high call volume with tact and professionalism, locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail and telephone in order to solicit payment, confer with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments, advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment, meet and exceeded monthly budgets, document phone calls accurately, perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes.
