The major area of accountability of this role was the development and implementation of Suncorp's talent management and succession planning framework across all division working with the HR Principal Advisors. During this time, the acquisition of Promina occurred and there was a significant focus on integrating the talent & succession framework into these newly acquired businesses.

This was a national role running a State based teams of workforce planners. In this role I was responsible for the development of the Retail, Business & Agribusiness Financial Services strategic and operational workforce plan, as well as the day to day workforce management activities at a national and state level.

My career at NAB commenced on the Graduate Management Program, moving through many positions from branches, marketing services, sales & service and marketing manager roles. I was appointed Marketing Services Manager for NSW & ACT early in my career, managing a team of 6 marketing officers and a healthy state based marketing & sponsorship budget. This was a significant development opportunity for me growing my leadership skills along with a commercially minded approach to driving business outcomes. I then moved interstate to NAB Head Office where I held several Segment and Program Management roles in the National Marketing team. I then took the leap into Sales Leadership/Area Management and was responsible for running an area of NAB retail branches. This was the development role of my career, as I now had full business unit P&L accountability. Following this role I moved into a Head Office function as Workforce Planning Manager. All subsequent roles are individually detailed.
