About Kenetta Ennis

Skilled and highly motivated mid-level professional with extensive understanding and experience in all phases of life cycle records management. I currently play a significant role in the leading and development of federal agency records and information management programs. I am currently seeking to align my records management (RM) experience with cybersecurity components for a long-term strategy against data breaches and other detrimental threats to the digital world we live in today. My current duties as a records manager consist of identifying risks associated with non-compliance in terms of proper record-keeping, which heavily relies on Information Governance. Information Governance focuses on the security, data privacy and legal compliance of an organization's business process. Like many organizations, IT professionals are overwhelmed with managing shared drives, application data, and other platforms that may have a massive amount of unstructured and redundant data. As a RM professional, I am also tasked with managing shared drives, SharePoint content, and many other systems used by my organization. My goal is to streamline information management and ultimately improve an organization’s accountability, integrity and reliability.Does your agency lack information governance? Feel free to contact me regarding any RM-related inquiries, I am happy to help!
