Started in newly created IT/Business Operations department that operates as an in-house consultancy, working on C-suite sponsored projects either with specific clients or on cross-agency initiatives. Provide high-level recommendations, system optimization, project management, implementation, VBA development and IT support.- Part of leadership team for onboarding of largest US print account into agency including processes, system set-ups, business requirements consulting for technology solutions, project management, and team trainings- Defined baseline digital reporting offering across agency; worked with technology team to implement report automation- Worked directly with agency and client lead on key global account to implement process improvement in multiple areas at both the agency and client in order to keep from going into review; this included report automation, workflow optimization and elimination of unnecessary reports- Additional services including: E2E process auditing, streamlining workflow, automating custom client reports, business process improvement, IT support, end-user training

Served as the face of IT to the business, our clients and our vendors overseeing applications, development efforts and automation for over 30 clients including: AT&T, Citibank, Campbell's, Colgate, IKEA, Macy's, Mattel, Marriott, Paramount, Scott’s.- Administration, training and support of industry leading tools critical to agency client teams- Applications included MediaTools (media planning), Mediaflow (global budget roll up), Sharepoint (collaboration), Nintex (workflow automation), MediaOcean/DDS (media buying/buying management)- Process audits on at-risk accounts resulting in report automation, streamlined workflow, waste-elimination, allowing team to become less tactical and more strategic in their day-to-day work- Conducted industry-targeted/client-targeted basic and advanced Excel training- PM / BA responsibilities for larger Development projects- Implementation of smaller development efforts, focusing on automation using Excel formulas or VBA macro solutions, including a solution for a large client that had billing requirements not supported by MediaOcean/DDS- Worked with senior management to determine areas where IT could improve MEC’s client offering- Represented MEC on the AAAA’s Media Technology Committee- Additional responsibilities included: integration of client teams with data and back office; adoption of MediaTools across North America clients; maintained business relationships with vendors; developed client portals using Microsoft SharePoint, including workflow solutions; maintained client facing reporting tools; interacted with client IT teams

Requested by senior management, was brought in to oversee business requirements, rollout, training and support of internal Buy Management tool, using knowledge gained from prior position.- Managed requirements gathering, documentation of proprietary agency workflow tool to streamline communication between media Planning and Buying teams - Duties included: architecture design, BA functional specs, working with 3rd party development team, application administration, training and support- Conducted user surveys for direction on future builds - Created processes/best practices and rolled out to all team members
