I am a relentless problem solver hellbent on finding solutions for my clients and colleagues. With over 8 years of digital marketing experience, I have carved out a niche for myself as the person who will go down rabbit holes and illuminate answers to business problems.I am currently an SEO specialist with experience helping business of all shapes and sizes gain visibility, traffic, and conversions from organic search. I’ve worked alongside small commerce stores to large enterprise B2B providers improve their organic performance. I’m skilled in tactical execution of immediate SEO needs such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content development. However, I take pride in my ability to think holistically about my clients business and finding answers to fundamental business questions.In addition to SEO, I provide web analytics support within my organization supporting on-going reporting and deployment of data measurement strategies. I am a massive nerd when it comes to data and I truly enjoy diving into the numbers to find insights and new opportunities to help drive businesses forward. Data can be scary and esoteric so my goal is to make analytics more approachable through visualization and by talking about it on a human level. When I’m not doing SEO, you can find me making crazy Excel spreadsheets or knee deep in Google Analytics.Some trivia about me: In my early years I grew up in Japan and, fortunately, I retained the ability to speak Japanese conversationally. In my off time I try to improve my Japanese speaking and reading skills. I also enjoy music - both listening and playing. I play the guitar and have also spent the last 10 years playing the bass drum in a marching band. I’m also an avid Formula 1 fan which is the motorsport where the cars turn both left AND right.
