• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, change order management, safety, warranty initiation, punch list and proposal preparation.• Work with the owner early in the process in order to facilitate the design process with the chosen design professionals.• Ensure that an accurate and complete estimate for the project is prepared. Project Managers work closely with owners and the design team.• Prepare bid documents and lead subcontractor procurement effort.• Oversee the buyout process and to selection of subcontractors.• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site.• Complete project estimates including performing full quantity surveys as well as interpreting and applying unit pricing information from past projects.• Understanding market-specific unit pricing and an initiative to constantly seek out the most efficient procurement strategy.• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times.• Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control and schedule. Safety assurance includes participating in job walks and safety meetings and enforce and monitor the adherence of the company safety program.• Coordination of municipal approval and permitting process. Ensure proper work compliance with all Local, State and Federal agencies.• Conduct progress meetings with owners and the construction team.

I was CEO of the General Contracting Company. We also had a concrete division and we competitively competed against other concrete company with other General Contractors. I performed all the hiring and did all the account receivable and accounts payable, collections and liens.
