I am a highly trained and skilled professional in residential and commercial construction with over 15 years experience in the both industries. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering along with a strong background in Construction Management. This would include completing intense training in Project Management, Business Management, and Team Leadership. I have completed or assisted in the contractual design plans, preparation, and builds of over 40 commercial projects along with 100 residential building projects. I have worked with regulators, consulting firms and other agencies to produce final project bidding documents by designing and assembling contract plans, cost estimates and bid item specifications. Supervised up to three, fifteen man crews while supervising multiple projects. In 2014 I decided exit of the construction field and pour my knowledge into “Director of Engineering” for commercial hospitality asset’s such as hotels and restaurants.Now, 12 years in the Hospitality industry as Director of Engineering, I have been beneficial in maintaining the assets and keeping them in compliance with all city and county codes along with the training and development of its Maintenance staff. I the past 12 years I have also invested in the Entertainment Industry, giving me an opportunity to show off share my natural people skills in Promoting, Advertising, Marketing and Branding.My Entertainment Organization, does not interfere with the passion I have for Construction Engineering! I have been extremely blessed in being able to leave this organization in the hands of those minds who I trust and who have the passion for it. This is why I have the opportunity to continue my passion successfully in the Construction Engineering field. My knowledge, management and training skills could also be beneficial in consulting or training development.
