Provide direct and in-direct, long & short-term Project Management and/or support services to TxDOT, Municipal and Utility Company clients. Support internal departments on an as needed basis of projects outside of the North Texas Region. Coordinate and manage resources within a variety of civil engineering disciplines such as; ROW, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Survey and Engineering Design. Develop, manage and maintain project budgets through project life-cycles. Provide front line support for requiring reporting for both internal and external entities and collections on invoices. Foster the development of existing and new client base. Seek new opportunities within CobbFendley's service offerings and footprint area. Create and conduct presentations to existing and new clients to cross-sell service offerings. Promote CobbFendley as a Utility Solutions Provider.
