Project manager responsible for a variety of projects within the scope of designing, procuring equipment, constructing, and commissioning a 100-MM gallon/year biodiesel production facility. Responsibilities included equipment specification and purchasing, on-site engineering, and liaison to construction contractor with responsibility and authority for resolving general construction issues.

Hazardous Waste Processing Facilities. Various positions over nineteen years including: Facility Manager, Materials Manager, General Manager, and Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, responsibility included all aspects of eight hazardous waste processing facilities (operations, engineering, transportation) with over 250 employees. Developed annual operating and capital budgets; created monthly financial performance forecasts; recruited, hired and coached supporting management personnel; provided project management and supervision of all construction projects; and ensured full facility RCRA, TSCA, PSAPCA, NPDES, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
