I lead a team of analytics professionals in delivering population health tools and insights to the enterprise with the goal of enhancing patient experience, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. My team serves as strategic thought leaders to the business, proactively partnering with solutions, business development, and other groups to enhance intelligent decision making. Projects have included:- Spearheading the centralization and consolidation of a mission-critical metric, readmissions, and its myriad variations used across the organization. This project has involved significant stakeholder buy-in (from entry level analytics to C-level execs), homogenization of both data and vernacular, and the creation and dissemination of multiple self-service dashboards to replace disparate ad hoc reports - Directing research collaborations between naviHealth and multiple academic institutions, as well as industry partners, and managing the research portfolio and PR / publication process for the resulting studies and white papers.- Supporting a major home based medical care initiative via - geospatial analytics to inform care coverage / patient footprint; stakeholder alignment around metrics, reports, and dashboards; collaborative mapping of multiple flows of data intake and enhancement; and actuarial RAF HCC (re)capture process alignment. - Implementing the Johns Hopkins ACG pop health tool to enhance pop health data and inform analytic tool selection.- Managing organization-wide utilization of SAS statistical analytic software and related packages.- Managing CMS Limited Data Set research data for insight generation and validation of applied models.

Like the spinal cord, Chordata Consultancy connects the "brain" of science and analytics to the "body" of business operations (e.g. product, marketing, and client relations).In terms of the "brain", we assist health and wellness firms to conduct research ranging from ad hoc market analyses, to executive summaries of scientific literature, to peer-reviewed scientific publications. In terms of the "body", we leverage scientific and consumer insights to establish our clients as thought leaders, enhance their value propositions, and attract and engage their members on a journey to optimal health.
