My legal practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and public companies. During my time at Honigman, I was named a 40 under 40 award recipient by Crain's Detroit Business.▶️I began my career as a CPA at Plante & Moran, the largest Michigan-based public accounting firm and the 14th largest in the U.S. I conducted financial audits, prepared tax returns, and consulted on a variety of financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions.▶️During 2020-2022, my wife was very ill and I decided to become her full-time nurse and leave my position at Gentherm.
