HRBP Consultant to Bioenergy Development Group a manufacturer of biodiesel. Bioenergy manufactures biodiesel from vegetable oil, animal fats, and used cooking oil. The plant operates on 24 hours, 7 days a week basis and has a fixed 12-hour production shift work schedule.
