Team Project Management changes name to Planning.The Planning team will be SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for all changes and projects where resources (consultants and/or project managers) are to be assigned and the change/project planned for completion. Our Planning team will plan execution of changes/projects by use of internal and external resources made available by our Consulting & Project team and the two teams will work closely together. Our Planning team will have the overall responsibility for follow up on execution (Milestones and deadlines). In case a project manager is assigned to a specific change/project he/she will of course be responsible for the follow up procedures.
