Managed $40M in contract services and labor while meeting safety, scheduling and budgetary goals. Developed outage scheduling templates that reduced outage preparation time and costs. Served as team member for corporate contract development that led to cost savings in labor and staffing. Developed staffing parametric that established base budgetary cost estimate for similar refueling outages.

Limerick Generating Station

Served as lead project manager for turbine services team responsible for all maintenance on main turbine, generator, reactor feed pump turbines, turbine valves and balance of plant systems. Oversaw performance of GE and Siemens turbine mechanics, millwrights, pipefitters and boilermakers ensuring safe execution of all projects. Developed Safety, Leadership and Human Performance Plans that improved outage execution by reducing human performance errors and maintenance project rework.

Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station

Managed station reactor services team and contractors ensuring safe and efficient disassembly, refueling, in-vessel maintenance and reassembly of Reactor Pressure Vessel. Improved critical path schedule by purchasing state-of-the art tooling for disassembly and reassembly. Successfully completed Interim Spent Fuel Storage campaigns on both units.
