I have always found the most efficient way to do something. Maximizing my ultimate finite resource, time, drives me to find the best, quickest, and most productive ways to cook, execute deliverables, and even walk my dog.I believe in trying the unknown in hopes of learning something new and if I fail, I fail fast and learn even faster. I am always learning and continue to strive to understand our world better by surrounding myself with different perspectives, methods, and ideologies. I find that the middle ground between 2 conflicting views, 2 different wants, is often larger than many might think which helps me in driving content compromises and building genuine relationships.I love working with and helping people find solutions to problems and continue supporting them in following through with those solutions. I see challenges, not as roadblocks, but as opportunities to learn and grow as a team and individual.I have 7 years of experience in the supply chain and regulated industry space but many years in the problem solving and team building space.
