- Generate and increase new business partnership and collaboration opportunities within business units and 7 clubhouses.- Development of other financial revenue opportunities within the business units and clubhouses through business partnership.- Responsible for sourcing of new corporate partnership, brands, vendors and operators to take up casual leasing and atrium spaces for all Business Units and SAFRA clubhouses.- Maintain and grow an effective rate of business prospecting activities.- Establish good relationships with prospects / brands- Maintain a network of contacts with brands, business owners and partners.- Build up an extensive client database with the objective of generating recurring & new revenue.- Increase new business partnership for casual leasing and atrium sales through maximizing on common areas utilization.- Coordinate and ensure on proper and effective administrative and documentation matters.- Liaise with clients and coordinate amongst internal & external parties on all logistics requirements.- Assist in statistic report and prepare slides for meetings.- Manage lobby space sales for 7 clubhouses.
