In the midst of competitive pressures and fast-paced, busy, often perilously unreflective, and action oriented norms of today’s contemporary organizations, leaders are finding it challenging to cope with the rapidly changing complexity of their environments. My passion and work is to unleash the latent human potential within individuals and organizations–enabling creativity and innovative to emerge to embrace today's challenges. I hold a doctorate in the social sciences from Royal Roads University, where my research focuses on emerging leadership developmental approaches; I also also hold a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University. I has over 18-years’ leadership experience, working within multi-national organizations (Molson, Eli Lilly, Abraxis Bioscience, Hoffmann-La Roche). Presently, I work with emerging leaders and organizations to cultivate relationships and meaning-making in what they do; collaboratively creating opportunities for dialogue, creativity, flow, hope, and courage to reach the “unachievable goals”–transforming people towards their calling. I'm a lifelong learner and know the importance of resilience, commitment & serving for goals from my years as an academic and athlete. I continue to be guided by my dominant core value of 'courage' to achieve life learning adventures which highlight: many years in academia, Hawaii Ironmans, Boston Marathons, nature solo experiences, backpacking throughout the planet...and just hanging out with his amazing daughters, Hannah and Olivia!
