As the Director of Operations for both companies, I essentially manage the entire day to day business for both companies. I also lead client projects, budgets and schedules, and liaise between clients, the internal and offshore teams, as well as contractors, to ensure things are done well, and on time. From business development, design, project management, hiring and onboarding, invoices, and operations, there are very few aspects of the business that I don’t oversee and manage.
