I worked with the network and telecommunications teams to implement and maintain a nationwide RingCentral UCAAS chat, telephony, overhead paging, audio/videoconferencing, and file sharing solution for thousands of users across 50+ US warehouses & offices, as well as maintain and wind down existing legacy systems, while transitioning to an IP-based infrastructure. I was also responsible for programming SIP analog FXS/FXO gateways and SIP paging gateways to reduce costs by leveraging existing analog telephony and paging infrastructure on the RingCentral Cloud. Additionally, I quarterbacked the deployment of technicians on multiple visits to each site for surveys, wiring, installation, and final deployment of the RingCentral solution.
