Provide intensive and structured field training with new hire and tenured sales representatives incorporating selling skills, business, clinical and instructional experiences. Develop individualized programs and assign additional work as needed to reinforce training, coach trainee through sales calls and provide feedback based on outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Providing solid base of overall Coloplast business (customer, products, programs) Training on products, literature, and clinical studies Ongoing resource for any questions, concerns, or direction Member of the Sales Advisory Board providing insight to Coloplast leadership on current buying/selling trends, opportunities, and weaknesses within Field Sales.
