I have been in the Talent Acquisition space since 2016, spending the beginning of my recruiting life with a national staffing firm and more recently with growing tech organizations. I actually held my first "professional" job in healthcare after graduating from Towson University in Baltimore, MD, before making my career change. I spent 4 years in staffing, where I recruited primarily for HR professionals and handled business development as well. More recently, I worked for two startups with my focus on hiring across all business units and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.I currently am a Senior Recruiter at Planview, hiring for all sales positions across the globe.
