As an Account Coordinator I complete implementation requests across many of our top 25 accounts, onboard customers to MikMak technology, and troubleshoot a variety of complex technical issues to ensure success and retention across the accounts.

As the Content Strategist for Early Mommy, I joined forces with the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer to brainstorm ideas, create social media content, and strategize ways to promote the brand. I was also the author of the company's blog where I published bi-weekly content in the Early Mommy brand voice to increase site traffic. I worked to ensure customers.

• Fostered the growth of young minds through strong management skills, engaging instructional strategies, and rigorous goal setting. Additional accomplishments:
• Facilitated the implementation of a new online reading program by leading professional development training for 15 teachers, providing individualized support, and conducting troubleshooting
• Partnered with the nonprofit, Read to Them, and collaborated with a team to manage book distribution, timelines, and marketing promotions for a schoolwide literacy event involving 350 participants
• Led technology training to onboard 40 new customers by creating instructional videos, maintaining consistent communication, and troubleshooting remotely
• Led a team of 35 teachers in the implementation of a Back To School initiative focused on improving social and emotional learning at school and reported team’s success to administrators
• Spearheaded the planning and execution of annual team bonding events for 35 team members, which included managing a budget and corresponding with outside vendors

• As a student intern and the school's permanent substitute I instructed students in grades K-6, while also completing my student teaching and master's program.Accomplishments include:
• Designed and conducted a qualitative research study for 50 participants by creating and administering surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and organizing results in a cohesive report
• Developed and implemented a 12-week-long curriculum program and tracked participants’ progress through the evaluation of KPIs
