Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.
- Ensures that candidates have completed all documents needed prior to onboarding (includes I9 Form, CORI, Federal and State Tax, and other Client-Specific forms).
- Tracks completion and accuracy of timekeeping of employees
- Process internal and external payroll and Client invoicing on a weekly basis (thru Paychex and Intuit Quickbooks)
- Answers and processes payroll inquiries and disputes.
- Creates and sends Gross Margin report to Executive and Sales Team on a weekly basis
