Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current•Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.•Ensures that candidates have completed all documents needed prior to onboarding (includes I9 Form, CORI, Federal and State Tax, and other Client-Specific forms).•Tracks completion and accuracy of timekeeping of employees•Process internal and external payroll and Client invoicing on a weekly basis (thru Paychex and Intuit Quickbooks)•Answers and processes payroll inquiries and disputes.•Creates and sends Gross Margin report to Executive and Sales Team on a weekly basis•Answers and processes payroll inquiries and disputes•Follow through on the completion of candidate's background checks•Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.•Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.•Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.•Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
