In doing so, Climate Reality brings together faces and voices in a way that diversifies and strengthens the international network of concerned individuals who want to take action now on climate issues. My role: Define and establish a Project Management and Data Management working group. Create and launch a Project Management Office. Execute key operations and IT/IS projects and programs.
