• Child Rights and You(CRY) is one of the finest NGO working for the upliftment of underprivileged children.• Heading a team 30+ people for improving the quality of education and health of children in our adopted village and overseeing activities like "Health Camp", "Sanitary Drive" and "Mentorship Classes" which are creating an impact over 60+ children.• Pioneering our flagship initiative Child Sexual Abuse Awareness(CSA) Campaign, organized live demonstrations and presentation to raise awareness among kids by our volunteers in schools of Roorkee and catered and combined audience of 300+ children.

Executed the project "Heat Recovery from Boiler Flue Gas" to recover energy from waste heat of power plant.Conducted secondary research and studied both current and evolving low-grade heat recovery technologies.Integrated with major Indian suppliers to understand the existing limitations of implementing an effective solution.Proposed solution shows an increase in power plant efficiency by 3-4% by working around the limitations.
