     Developed a comprehensive Total Energy Management program which increases employee and guest awareness, enhance operational and system performance, improve trade alley relations and facilitate open dialogs with utility providers leading to successful contract negotiations.  Manage Kerzner Internationals $32 million dollar energy budget by implementing various projects and programs which reduce cost in the areas of Fuel Oils, Water and Electricity.  Conduct feasibility and cost effectiveness evaluation of renewable energy solutions such as solar lighting and heating systems, waste heat recovery, wind power generation, alternative fuel applications, and Biomass recovery. Successfully implemented and manages the Internet Base Energy Accounting System for Kerzner Properties at Atlantis through Servidyne Systems International. Managed the successful implementation of a $310,000 Power Quality Project which resulted in the Overall reduction of energy of more than 10% or over $100,000 annually. Successfully managed the Landscape Lighting Maintenance and Capitol Improvement projects by providing quality and cost control solutions which ensured the successful utilization of the $250,000 annual capitol budget and the more than $200,000 annual maintenance budget. Coordinated the electrical maintenance program for the Marina as we as the implementation of the over $700,000 power upgrade project to increase revenues at the Marina.
