Accountable for driving resolutions to customer’s issues by providing technical support relating to all Bell Helicopter products in theater. Responsible for reporting aircraft status, maintenance status, supply chain issues, technical training progression and Operational Ready Rates of three customer squadrons to U.S. government and Bell Helicopter weekly. Analyze and assess fleet performance and coordinate any proactive measures with customer and BHTI. Serve as maintenance lead assuming the overall responsibility and management of eight Field Service Representatives. Serve as the assistant site lead, assuming all duties of the site manager in his absence.

Advisor, mentor, consultant and liaison to the Iraqi Airforce (IqAA) supporting Bell Huey II, OH¬58, 206 and 407 helicopters. Provide solutions for complex repairs encompassing all facets of the aircraft. Serve as direct representative of Bell Helicopter engineering. Perform complex maintenance procedures including annual inspections, structural repair, airframe modifications, static and dynamic balancing, etc. Report to Bell Helicopter concerning flight safety issues, operational readiness, monthly flight hours, maintenance status and publication deficiencies covering four separate and independent IqAA helicopter squadrons.

Served as a line mechanic in support of the Reset Program for the United States Marine Corp's fleet of H-1 helicopters. This included phase maintenance, removal and replacement of life limited components, repair of structures, numerous airworthiness inspections and ultimately returning a product to the customer which exceeded the high expectations of Marine aviation.
