Develop the aftermarket sales channel, the dealers growth from 6 to 11.,Keep the sales more than 30 millions CNY（without VAT) ; EBIT>16%;Maintain on time payment from customers and take responsibility to AR index;Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy,collect market information , visit customer regularly,customer complain handling,analyze car models amount and make the reasonable sales forecast;Relevant sales training for distributors to improve distributors’ services;Widening product mix,especially in the promotion of new product;Keep relationship with logistic team to ensure delivery orderly,promote order delivery, the back order had dropped from 3 millions CNY in2010 to under 1 million CNY in 2014;Built an “obsolete parts” team,organize related department to handle dead stock from 2010, reduce loss and increase profit for company(about more than 1 million CNY without VAT sales per year).

Maintain the relationship with OEM customers(JAC,CHERY).Follow up order and payment.Planned,worked and bidding successfully for new project of C&C trucks.
