About Kevin Cochran

I started in restaurants over 20 years ago and since then I have ran banquets, baked bread, cooked brunch, written menus, and crafted cocktails. I have extensive management experience in both front and back of the house. I have also started a successful theatre company, had the honor of seeing 5 of my own plays produced, as well as learning the fine art of property maintenance. I’m a Jack of all trades who is currently managing an independent brewery while spending my days raising 3 rambunctious kids.
