■ Served as Chief Administrative Officer of a 2.6 square mile, 8,250 resident dynamic and exciting borough reported to the Mayor and Council with oversight of an $18.9 million dollar budget and 133 employees. Provided strategic oversight of all departments, including: Finance, Health, Human Resources, Public Safety, Public Works and Recreation.■ Directed capital planning projects and facilities improvements, fiscal planning and bonding, integrated, supervised, and coordinated activities of staff. Coordinated and interacted with all levels of government and the public.

■ Assigned to the Mental Health and Governmental Affairs Section. Provided legal counsel and services to the County Administration, its departments, divisions, and offices; the Offices of the County Clerk; Sheriff and Register of Deeds and Mortgages.■ Represented the County in the independent handling of litigation matters regarding County Lands, Zoning and Planning, Foreclosures, Sheriff’s Sales, Election Matters, Construction Board of Appeals, Bail Forfeitures, Overpayment and Collection Cases, Mental Health, and Guardianship Hearings.■ Drafted, prepared, and reviewed ordinances, resolutions, contracts, leases, licenses and other legal documents for, and on behalf of the County.

■ Performed all of the statutory duties of the Registered Municipal Clerk pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133 et seq., including but not limited to: (1) Secretary to the Municipal Corporation; (2) Secretary to the Municipal Governing Body; (3) Chief Election Official in the Municipality pursuant to Title 19 of the New Jersey Statutes; (4) Chief Registrar of Voters in the Municipality; (5) Custodian of Public Records; and (6) Administrative Officer for the Issuing of Permits and Licenses.■ Oversaw and maintained custody of all work involving obtaining reports of, and recording births, marriages, and deaths in the municipality. Issued copies of birth, marriage, and death records and collected fees and accounted for the money collected for same.■ Under the direction of the Borough Administrator; advised the Mayor and Council on matters of policy, personnel and administrative organization.■ Assisted in managing municipal affairs, and in integrating, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, departments, boards and commissions.■ Assisted in preparing, presenting and reviewing the municipal budget. Analyzed budget needs and worked with the Borough Administrator in utilizing effective use of resources.■ Managed the Borough’s procurement and purchasing procedures.■ Maintained essential records and files, including but not limited to personnel files and financial records.
