I have over 30 years of healthcare experience, working with claims, credentialing, and provider maintenance, physician practices, market access, insurance managed care, organization delivery systems, STARs/ HEDIS and risk adjustment models. I have an expert ability to utilize and interpret data and analytics to develop and strategize specific plans that will increase RAF performance. Expert in growth and improvements in healthcare. I have expert knowledge of Quality and CMS - HCC risk adjustment payment methodology and the importance of proper documentation of procedures and diagnosis coding. I have a strong ability with establishing and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with physicians medical staff and quality teams to drive positive outcomes for not only the providers but especially for the populations we serve, currently Medicare and Medicaid.
