I am a labor and employment law defense attorney in Tampa, Florida. I work with companies to advise them about laws that affect their relationships with employees, to solve problems that arise, and then to defend the company against EEOC charges or lawsuits filed by employees. I have practiced exclusively in the management labor and employment law field since 1994. I believe that it is in my best interest and my client's best interest for me to provide assessments of cases early on before incurring unnecessary fees. Based on that assessment, we can try to resolve problems early when necessary, while committing ourselves to a defense of the client's principles in all other situations.
