Operations Manager, Vice President
Current• Responsible for day to day management of multiple business teams department, focusing on Security and Reference Data and Security Valuation, including staff of 15 full time analysts, contractors and joint venture team members.• Manage multiple global client relationships with key client contacts to ensure that all daily processes are completed in accord with the appropriate client service level agreements (SLA), both internal and external requests are being met and clients are satisfied with the level of service provided by team members.• Act as liaison between the global Data Management teams across the organization and the clients that the local team supports. • Maintain a thorough understanding of all operational team procedures to assist team members with daily/weekly/monthly tasks.• Participate in the design and maintenance of KPI and risk forecasting modules.• Measure and manage risk exposure as part of standardized business practices, with focus on process efficiencies and risk management.• Train new hires and analysts on daily processes and procedures. Monitor analyst’s daily workflow to ensure procedures were followed, adjustments were accurate and deadlines set by senior management were met.
