I am responsible for periodically auditing our health insurance carriers records with our own list of enrolled employees. I am responsible for auditing teen timecards to ensure that no labor laws are violated.Workers Compensation Administrator - As a workers compensation administrator I am responsible for recording and reporting all cases to our workers compensation carrier. I also maintain and update our OSHA log. I have implemented an online record keeping log accessible to all our satellite facilities which is a realtime up to date record of the entire facilities recordable cases. I meet with New hires to complete their on boarding process. I assist new hires with all required paperwork; state, federal, and hospital policy and procedure.I assist employees in applying for FMLA.
