Volunteer position serving on the Climate Emergency Mobilization Task Force (CEMTF) as a citizen advisor to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors. As the CEMTF's energy expert, I provide recommendations on how the County can reduce its energy-related emissions to zero by 2030 in an efficient, effective, and environmentally just manner.

• Most recent ETF in Washington (November 2018) included briefings from congressional staffers, FERC department heads, and a fmr US Secretary of Energy
• Topics discussed include the cybersecurity of the electricity grid, the future of natural gas, and the energy transition “on the ground”
• ETF responsibilities included communications to participants, program management, logistical organization, and financial administration
