Graduate of Texas State University- San Marcos. Law Enforcement Officer since November 2009. I began my career as a patrolman, then became a Forensic Investigator and shifted over to accept a position as a Sergeant in the Detective Division. Currently I am assigned as the Lieutenant over the Detective Division as I oversee my direct unit and investigators assigned to the Drug Unit & Forensic Service Unit. Our division operates in a team environment as we effectively work together in serving and protecting our community through criminal investigations that include crimes against property and crimes against persons. I also conduct background investigations for new-hire applicants and am engaged with community service through our Department. I am honored to be a recent graduate of the FBI National Academy class 286.
