-Issue raw materials based off Daily Dump Sheets, ensuring the correct Production Lot of the material was used.-Verify production figures by comparing the pallet tickets with the Finished Goods Palletizing/Staging ----Report, and conduct a physical count of all daily production. These counts must match. Discrepancies are corrected in the Production reporting system.-Count all material used in each production run when it is done, issue out all variance caused by shrink. If we have high loss, figure out the reason for the high loss.-Ensure that all the food safety principles and legal requirements have been applied effectively.

- Handle various sales and service functions on the front end and at the courtesy booth including bottle returns, check cashing, customer complaints, refunds, telephone answering, sales of gift cards, money orders, cigarettes, stamps, and EFT sales.- Practice proper sanitation procedures.- Practice proper cash handling procedures, including all media, to prevent losses such as bank deposits (preparing & verifying), verify change orders, count & record pick-ups from registers, count & balance register tills, set up and loan register tills, record payments and deposits properly.- Notify Store Manager of any problems: customer inquiries or complaints, incorrect prices or poorly marked merchandise, errors/problems with UPC codes, change and coin needed potential security problems, shrink problems within the store, perishable overstock at check stand (returns), or any unusual problems or situations.- Resolve customer complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer.- Prepare weekly schedule using the Empower program for the Front End Department.- Close the Store which includes, touching base with each department manager before he/she leaves, talk to each department employee, receive nightly orders, insure every til is locked away in the safe, and arm alarms.

- Instruct gym games for twenty or more children ranging in age 4 to 14.- Administer treatment for minor injuries.- Implement exercise regimens for various age groups.- Create an environment that was safe for the children and staff.- Report to parent if a situation warranted.-Complete medical, accident or incident reports.
