I serve as one of the CAD Service Managers at Carollo Engineers. My daily tasks consist of managing resources for projects,providing support to users, and verify CAD standards are being met. My role also includes authoring and monitoring the use of company CAD standards. It is also my responsibility to help users gain experience and move within the Career Development Program. Recently led the development of the Revit Standards Training videos for use by our staff to help guide and build quality into our BIM efforts.

I made office visits to some of our satelite offices. My role was to verify that all users in different office were following the same procedures. I also provided training and mentoring to other staff members.

Created hand drawnings on mylar. We moved to CAD eventually and most of my work was then within CAD.
