Over the years, I helped to design reports such as Vacancy Loss, SEMAP reports, Vacancy Turnaround Reports, PHAS Reports, etc. I ran Mid-Market operations and support for 10 years at Emphasys Software. I know how to implement the Elite software as well as providing consulting services. I have vast knowledge of the Elite software from the front end to the back end.

Was approached by the President of Emphasys Software to establish a new market in the midsize agencies, and micro market agencies. Performed Market research to identify the opportunities and market feasibility. Once I established the market was there, I then redesigned the implementation approach to handle mid-size agencies and micro agencies. At the same time, I established the Mid-size and Micro market agencies, I noticed the opportunity for Native American Housing. Identified the programming needs of the market and worked with Development to design and implement the product needed for roll out. I was also responsible for forecasting and all P&L.
