In this role, my primary focus is on the wireless environment. My main focus is engineering, maintaining, securing, and constantly improving our wireless environment. My daily duties also include responding to requests, incidents, and questions from junior team members. I utilize Cisco Prime to check the status of our access points, run reports, compliance checking, map checking, and wireless client investigation. I also utilize Ekahau to perform wireless surveys, and to create predictive Wi-Fi map for new sites. While my primary focus is on the wireless side, I also assist our LAN team with our access layer switches. This ranges from helping our Field Service Techs with turning on ports, assigning VLANs to ports, and troubleshooting. I also assist with access layer switch upgrades and replacements.

In this role, I was a Systems Administrator for the End User Devices team. I focused on managing our Windows 10 end user devices. I maintained our Windows 10 "golden" image which was the base image of all Health First Windows 10 PCs. I was also responsible for scripting and packing all software installed on Health First PCs. I would utilize batch and Powershell scripting to package and deploy these applications. I would also utilize batch and Powershell to automate tasks in our environment. I would also manage our GPOs and Active Directory. In this role, I was also responsible with securing our Windows 10 environment using the CIS Benchmark assessments. I was also a key member in the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I would also work with project managers, vendors, and application analyst to onboard new software into our environment. I would also work with application analyst and vendors to troubleshoot software that is in our environment. My daily duties also included responding to requests, incidents, and questions from other teams

In this role, I was onsite IT support for Health First. I would provide IT support for all Health First hospitals, medical offices, business offices, and corporate offices. I was responsible for the replacement and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, cell phones, printers, and conference room systems.
