Responsible for all areas of this 990 member private dining and athletic club including membership sales, member retention, food and beverage operations, revenue generation, athletic facilities, accounting and human resources. Earned ClubCorp’s Circle of Excellence award for outstanding performance and member satisfaction. Positive net member growth 2014 – 2017 in the face of declining building occupancy. Boards and committees were revitalized and diversified. The club has been reinvented through programming, offerings, member involvement, facility reconfiguration and upgrades to make the property relevant in today’s market allowing the opportunity to attract the growing demographic of younger members. The club has been positioned as a connection point for Dayton’s current and-up-and coming leaders.
