Independently coordinates organizing and preparing all patient medical record charts for scheduled daily appointments supporting all three office locations. Pull charts and related supporting documentation required from daily professional correspondence and incoming/outgoing facsimiles. Copies all medical records requested from patients, hospitals, doctors, insurance companies and other related professionals; prepares related precessing fees for medical record charges. Handles all medical record phone requests and independently resolves any related customer service issues. Ensures patient chart compliance and completeness through verification of the most current physician notes/transcription documentation. Maintains a neat and orderly file room ( current and archived ). Handles nursing/physician special requests for all three locations.
